Meet the chef

Fernando Aparicio

Born and raised in Guerero Mexico, Chef Fernando Aparicio grew up experiencing and learning delicous latin flavors and spices. He then came to New York and continued his journey working for some well known estabilishments such as Pio Pio, Sanfords, Ravel and Riviera Maya. He was grateful to learn new techniques and flavors. Chef Aparicio made his dream of running his own restaurant come to reality in March of 2022.
